Chaobella Creative provides short-form video content production services for businesses, including filming, editing, and delivery of social media-ready video assets. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement.
Monthly retainer packages are billed at the start of each service month. À la carte projects require full payment upfront before work begins. All payments are non-refundable once production has started. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at time of agreement.
Each delivered video includes one (1) round of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included round are available at an additional fee, to be quoted at time of request.
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days per video from the date of filming. Rush delivery may be available upon request at an additional fee. Timelines may be affected by client delays in providing required materials or approvals.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered video files and may use them for any lawful commercial purpose. Chaobella Creative retains the right to use delivered content as portfolio samples and for marketing purposes (website, social media, promotional materials) unless the client requests otherwise in writing at or before the time of project agreement.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all products, spaces, people, and materials featured in videos have appropriate permissions for filming and publication. Chaobella Creative is not liable for intellectual property violations arising from client-provided materials.
Monthly retainer agreements require 30 days written notice to cancel. The client will be billed for any work completed within that 30-day notice period. One-time projects may not be cancelled once production has commenced.
Chaobella Creative does not guarantee specific business outcomes, follower growth, engagement rates, or revenue results from delivered video content. Performance depends on factors outside our control including platform algorithms, posting strategy, and market conditions.
Chaobella Creative's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida.
